Refund Policy

Refunds need to meet the following conditions:

  • The customer returns the package, we receive the package and confirm that the product has no traces of use and can be sold again, and we will refund the customer.
  • The product received by the customer is not the same product as in the order, we accept a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
  • If some products are missing from the package, we will refund the missing products
  • If you wish to make a return or request a refund, you should go the write to us at service@moranx.com and we will give clear instructions as to how to proceed with your return.
